ECO PARK
ARGUMENT:
There is an estuary right below the bridge and the promenade, which connects the wetlands. As the trees are being cut down and have been covered to make an intervention, it has led to various disruptions. The trees being cut down have led to floods and the extinction of birds. The wetlands are covered with concrete blocks, which has led to floods in the nearby settlement. In response to that, how can the built and unbuilt allow the ecology to co-exist without it affecting the existing ecosystem? How can it help in enhancing the ecological character? How can one approach it sensitively?
